Gelfix presents this brand new wheat flour replacer for gluten-free bakery products, produced by our partner Ingredion. Using Precisa Bake GF 20 in bread and other formulations allows our customers to obtain a new generation of gluten-free products with the same organoleptic properties than their regular wheat flour counterparts which, in addition, keep fresh for many days.

Its unique features have been recognized at FISA 2014, winning the 2014 FI Excellence Award to the most innovative food ingredient.
